1.3. Cookies and Tracking
- Essential Cookies: To maintain your session, authenticate logins, and protect against fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Profile Analysis & Scoring
We process your LinkedIn profile data—augmented with digital-footprint information from publicly available sources—to generate an influencer score. This analysis is performed via our backend algorithms and, in part, by leveraging OpenAI’s API for natural-language insights, subject to OpenAI’s terms.
- Account & Feature Access
- Authenticate and authorize your access to Trstable features.
- Maintain your session across visits.
- Send you important notifications (e.g., login alerts, password resets, feature announcements).
- Improvement & Personalization
- Analyze anonymized usage patterns to improve our website, extension, and algorithms.
- Tailor user experience (e.g., recommending relevant content or features based on your activity).
- Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to your inquiries, bug reports, and support requests.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, password resets) and, if you opt in, occasional newsletters or product updates.
- Security & Fraud Prevention
Monitor for suspicious activity (e.g., brute-force login attempts). Enforce rate limits and block malicious actors.
- Legal Compliance & Protection
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes. Protect against liability and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Purpose: Cookies help us remember your preferences (e.g., language setting), maintain authentication sessions, and monitor website performance.
Browser Controls: You can control or delete cookies via your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features of the website or extension may not function properly.
Third-Party Analytics: We use Google Analytics (or equivalent) to collect aggregate, anonymized usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1. Service Providers & Subcontractors
We may share your data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:
- Cloud Hosting & Database Services: AWS, Google Cloud, or similar providers that store encrypted data.
- Analytics Providers: Google Analytics (aggregate and anonymized metrics only).
- Email Delivery Services: SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar, strictly to send transactional or marketing emails that you have opted into.
These service providers only receive the information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
4.2. Legal Requests & Protection
We reserve the right to disclose your data if required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order), to protect our rights, or to enforce our Terms of Service. We will notify you unless prohibited by law or imminent harm.
4.3. Business Transfers
If Trstable is acquired by, merges with, or transfers assets to another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified if your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4.4. Aggregated/Anonymized Data
We may publish or share aggregated, anonymized statistics that do not identify you personally. For example, “X% of users from the U.S. have more than 500 LinkedIn connections.”
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data (including LinkedIn profile data you explicitly submitted) as long as your account remains active.
If you delete your account or request deletion:
- We will remove your profile data from our primary production database within 30 days.
- Backup systems may require up to 90 days to purge residual data completely.
Usage logs and analytics data (IP addresses, timestamps) are retained in anonymized or pseudonymized form for up to 12 months to help detect and mitigate security incidents.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1. Access, Update, and Deletion
- Account Settings: You can view and update your account details at any time by logging into trstable.com and accessing your profile settings.
- Data Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and associated data by emailing support@beeja.education. Upon verification, we will delete your data as described in Section 5.

You may opt out of newsletters or promotional emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email, or by updating your preferences in your account settings.
6.3. Cookie Preferences
At any time, you can manage or delete cookies from the Trstable domain via your browser settings.
6.4. Control Over LinkedIn Permissions

), or remove Trstable from your LinkedIn “Authorized Apps” in your LinkedIn account settings.
7. Data Security
- Encryption in Transit: All data exchanged between your browser, the Trstable Extension, and our servers is protected by TLS (HTTPS).
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data (e.g., email, hashed passwords) is encrypted or hashed in our databases.
- Access Controls: We enforce role-based access restrictions for all employees and contractors; only authorized personnel can access production data under strict need-to-know.
- Regular Audits: We perform regular security assessments—including vulnerability scans, code reviews, and penetration testing—to identify and remediate potential risks.
- Incident Response: In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant regulators within 72 hours, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Trstable.com may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Analytics). Those services have their own privacy policies; we do not control their practices. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that service’s privacy policy and terms.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18. If we learn we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 18, we will promptly remove that information.
10. International Data Transfers
Trstable is based in India. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed on servers located outside your country (e.g., India, U.S., or other jurisdictions). We take steps to ensure that any cross-border data transfers comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, if you reside in the EU).
